Custom Manipulators Gallery – Lifting and Handling Tools Inspiration

In this gallery you’ll find a variety of different bespoke industrial material handling solutions that are characterized by lifting tools that can both lift AND handle various loads.

Such solutions are what you need if your requirements go beyond merely lifting up and down but also include a need to e.g. rotate, tip, turn or empty a load.

Clean Room Equipment: Lifting Solution with Rotating Double Mandrel for Vessel

To lift, rotate and dock a stainless steel vessel, a custom designed double mandrel was developed. This was then combined with a rotation unit and an SP-300M lifter allowing for use in a clean room environment.

 

 

Cleanroom Lifting System for Tipping a Filter

To facilitate the tipping and placement of a large filter unit, a custom lifting solution was designed with a manual gripper and an electrically activated tipping module. This was then combined with an SP-300M lifter

 

 

Industrial Handling Machine to Grip and Hold Boxes

A customised fork was designed to grip and hold the box as shown above. Combined with an N-300M lifter and a rotation unit, this electric industrial material handling solution allows the content of the box to be lifted and emptied out.

 

 

Lift Clamp for Handling Filter Housing

This electric manipulator solution was designed with a scissor clamp and rotation unit to handle a filter housing in a cleanroom environment. Using an SP-150M lifter, the filter housing can be lifted and rotated for cleaning and storage.

 

 

Lifting Clamp for Manipulating Large Filter

This electric lifter solution was designed to grip, tip and turn a large cylindrical filter. Combined with an N-300M lifter, this tool allows easy manipulation of the filter to any desired position.

 

Lifting Mechanism for Gripping Cans

This lifter solution was designed with an electrically activated gripper on an articulated arm. Combined with an N-150M lifter, this tool allows the user to lift heavy cans in areas which are otherwise hard to access.
