SN-Line Lift Construction

Major external parts: fully stainless steel (AISI 304); glass bead blasted surface; 1.6 Ra. Dust and water protection class IP31, hygienic - easy to clean. Wheel mount and internal mast parts: aluminium/galvanized. Dimensions adaptable to your needs

Safety

Self-locking gear system (worm gear): In case of an electrical failure, the mechanical system will automatically bring the lift to an immediate stop. Safety slip clutch (one-way safety clutch): Prevents the lift from lifting itself and tipping backward during downward movement.

Handling

Electric lifting process controlled via a toggle switch; lifting speed can be adjusted via the adjustment knob
Two lifting speeds: Normal (approx. 130 mm/s) and reduced speed, preset to e.g. 30%. The slow speed can be adjusted in the control box on the lift.

Lightweight and compact dimensions suitable for use where the working area is limited.

Robust 4-button remote control in metal with adjustable slow-remote function and high-quality PU spiral cable, making it easy to operate the lift with one hand. Ergonomic handle that allows for various grip positions

Power Supply

Battery-powered. Can be permanently connected to power (Power supply: 110-230 V AC). Intelligent external battery charger - 24V 3.5A. Ensures long battery life through on-demand charging. Integrated LED display shows battery charge status.

Maintenance

AT-10 timing belt with low maintenance. Very durable Solid-State PLC. Wear-resistant parts (Wheels and maintenance-free standard batteries without memory effect)
