Manual Roll Manipulator (MRM)
The MRM is a roll turner designed to grip and rotate easier rolls, recommended for quick and safe lifting, transportation, and tipping of rolls up to 200 kg.
The equipment is manually operated from vertical to horizontal position. Suitable for quick re-palletting between different environments.
Robust construction
MRM is constructed from stainless steel, making it ideal for use in demanding industrial environments.
Can be adapted to various core sizes
The standard MRM has a tolerance of ±3 mm, which can be further adjusted with intermediate plates or additional gripping teeth for variations.
Flexible gripping/turning positions
It is quick and easy to set the expander for an optimal center of gravity, and the large handle allows the roll to be rotated from any position.
Swivel unit for easy positioning
The MRM’s swivel unit at the back makes it easy to position the expander or roll on a spindle. The maximum angle is adjustable with two screws (longer screws provide less angle).
