The metal platforms are designed for quick push-on/push-off or roll-on/roll-off handling. Smooth stainless-steel surfaces and optional rollers reduce friction and the force required to move loads, shortening cycle times and minimizing repetitive strain on operators. This lowers the risk of accidents and improves overall throughput in loading and transfer processes.

Every metal platform can be configured to the exact length and height you need within the 300–1200 mm range. Custom sizing lets you match the platform to the footprint of your products, conveyors or other equipment—eliminating wasted space and ensuring a secure, stable load-bearing area for efficient workflows.

The platform’s low loading position (dependent on chosen platform thickness and variant) enables ergonomic handling by keeping manual push-on/push-off actions within comfortable reach and reducing bending or lifting. Properly configured platform height decreases operator fatigue and supports safer, more consistent handling over long shifts.

Constructed from a stainless-steel plate mounted on a heavy-duty frame, the metal platforms delivers corrosion resistance and easy-to-clean surfaces suitable for demanding industrial environments. IP65 protection ensures reliable performance in dusty or wash-down conditions, extending service life and reducing maintenance downtime.

The metal platforms are engineered as removable tool modules for mobile lifters and is RTC-adapter compatible for quick tool changes. They also integrate with complementary lifting accessories such as the Electric Levelling Unit (ELU) and Lateral Adjustment Unit (LAU), enabling precise positioning, improved load handling and seamless incorporation into automated or semi-automated material-handling systems.
