Product details

Robust V-shaped platform for rolls

The V-block’s V-geometry and flat base ensure stable lifting and transport of cylindrical rolls, preventing unintended rolling during handling.

Rotating V-platform for precise core orientation

The rotating top allows easy rotation of the roll core to the correct position for fast, accurate placement on a mandrel or spindle.

Flat edge for easy offloading from pallets

A flat top edge lets rolls be rolled directly off pallets onto the platform, speeding up pick-up and lift operations.

Supports a wide range of roll diameters

V-geometry and available platform sizes accommodate rolls from small to large diameters (up to Ø1200 mm depending on model).

Adjustable and customizable dimensions

All V-blocks can be customized in width (200–800 mm) and depth (200–800 mm) to meet specific product and process requirements.

Hygienic and industrial-grade construction

Made from stainless steel with IP65 protection; hygienic/cleanroom versions are available for food and pharmaceutical environments.

Easy integration with lifters and accessories

Choose a rotating V-block for core orientation or a fixed version without rotation depending on application needs.

Rotating or fixed versions available

Choose a rotating V-block for core orientation or a fixed version without rotation depending on application needs.

Lightweight, compact, high-functionality design

Compact dimensions and model-dependent weights (approx. 11–64 kg) enable easy handling and quick integration into existing material flow.

Modern V-Block — A redesigned metal-plate solution for stable cylindrical handling

In its simplest form, the V-block consists of a block with a large V-shaped indentation in the center, which can be placed on a platform to stabilize cylindrical objects during transport. In our modern V-block solution, we have replaced the traditional block with a metal plate, providing a geometry that typically has a V-shape with a flat base and edges at the top. Although we have updated the design, we have chosen to retain the designation 'block' for historical reasons.
