SP-Line Lift Construction

Full stainless steel (AISI 304); glass bead blasted surface; 1.6 Ra. Dust and water protection class IP65, hygienic - easy to clean. Lift column sealed with a band for dust and particle protection. Motor enclosed in stainless steel cover. Dimensions customizable to your needs.

Safety

Self-locking gear system (worm gear): in the event of an electrical failure, the mechanical system automatically brings the lifter to an immediate stop. Safety slip clutch (one-way safety clutch): prevents the lifter from lifting itself and tipping backwards during downward movement.

Handling

Electric lifting process controlled via a toggle switch; lifting speed can be adjusted via the adjustment knob
Two lifting speeds: Normal (approx. 130 mm/s) and reduced speed, pre-set to e.g. 30%. The reduced speed can be adjusted in the control box on the lift.

Lightweight and compact dimensions well suited for use in spatially demanding work areas.

Robust remote control (full metal body; high quality PU spiral cable) allows easy one-hand operation. Ergonomic handle that allows the user different gripping positions.

Power Supply

Battery-operated. Can be permanently connected to power (Power supply: 110-230 V AC). Intelligent internal battery charger - 24V 3.5A. Ensures long battery life through on-demand charging. You are always informed about the battery charge state by the integrated LED display.

Maintenance

Low maintenance AT-10 timing belt. Very durable Solid-State PLC. Wear-resistant parts (Wheels and maintenance-free standard batteries without memory effect).
