FN – Fork with Notches:
A Simple Roll Lift Tool for Vertical Lifts
Two notches on the front of this fork (FN) allow this roll lift tool to easily pick up shafts that have been inserted through rolls.
A plastic insert on the notch protects the shaft from abrasion during contact with the tool; the dimensions of this insert and the fork itself can be modified to specific shaft sizes.
Once the shaft and roll have been lifted, these can then easily be inserted into the receptor on the machine where the roll is to be used.
