EEU – Electric Expander Unit:
Roll Lifting Device for Manipulating Rolls from the Core

The EEU roll lifting device is ideally suited to lift rolls with the core orientated vertically. An electrically powered gripper expands within the core of the roll and holds this firmly in place allowing subsequent lifting and manipulating.

The standard gripper is designed for ø76 mm (3″) core sized but by exchanging the tooth plate on the gripper other sizes can also be gripped.

If the EEU is combined with an electric rotation unit (ERU) it becomes easy to manipulate the roll into other positions than with the core vertical.

Strong, Industrial Lifting Devices for Holding or Supporting Loads

The adjustable fork (AF) is a goods lift tool for handling boxes and pallets. It can be easily mounted on our electric lifters.

The fork with notches (FN) is a roll lift attachment to our electric mini lifts. When mounted on the lifters, it lifts the roll through its shaft.

The mandrel (M) is a lifter tool designed to pick up rolls and reels through their core. This roll and reel lifter attachment is easily customisable.

The manual clamp (MC) is ideal for lifting cylindrical objects such as drums or rolls. This roll and drum lifters tool is easily customisable.

The manual clamp with spindle (MCS) is a simple lifting tool for roll lifting or drum handling. Attached to our modularly built lifting machines, it can handle up to 80 kg.

The electric clamp (EC) may hold many different typs of loads e.g. rolls or drums. These lifting clamps are modularly built so that you can easily exchange the gripper hands or combine it with a rotation device. From the front, picture 2.

The crane arm (CA) is a very flexible lifting tool for handling a broad variety of loads. When mounted on our cranes lift solutions, the crane arm may connect with the load via a hook or karabiner.
