ELU (Electric Leveling Unit). A lifter tool for handling material easily and precisely with a remote control.

The lifter component, the electric leveling unit (ELU), allows for handling material in an easy and precise manner. With the electric leveling unit you may have an attached lifting tool to be tilted up or down to make sure this tool is level or otherwise matches the angle of the load to be lifted.

Using an electrical actuator to change the angle of the lifting tool, the electric leveling unit (ELU) is perfect for situations where it is critical that the lifting tool sits at a precise angle. This could be a load that needs to be placed precisely or a situation where the tool needs to dock with other machinery. The motion is easily controlled using the remote control on the lifter.

Other Electrical Manipulators

The electric expander unit (EEU) lifts rolls from the core from a vertical position. This roll lifting device can also turn rolls when combined with a rotation tool.

The electric tipping unit (ETU) is able to tip heavy loads forward in a controlled manner. This tipping tool is typically combined with a linear clamp and mounted on drum lifting equipment or roll lifters. From behind, picture 1.
