Handling material, especially very heavy loads, can have an impact on the angle of the lifting tool, such as a fork. This can cause the end of the fork to tilt slightly towards the ground, resulting in an uneven angle. While such an occurrence is often not a problem, there are instances where it becomes critically important that the tool rests at a very specific and precise angle in order to ensure safe and efficient handling.

How Exactly Does the Electric Leveling Unit Work?

The Electric Leveling Unit (ELU) is a straightforward yet highly effective lifting device.

At the rear of the tool, an electrically powered actuator pushes down on a metal bar, which in turn drives the bottom of the tool attachment plates forward. This movement alters the angle of the tool attached to the ELU, allowing for precise adjustments as needed.

The entire motion is effortlessly controlled via a remote, ensuring smooth and accurate positioning.
